Service Agreement

By engaging Park County Cleaning Service, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided subject to these terms and our current pricing structure.

Scheduling and Access

Client responsibilities include:

• Providing clear access to work areas
• Removing personal items from floor surfaces
• Securing pets during service
• Notifying us of any floor damage or special concerns

Payment Terms

Payment terms and conditions:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Additional services require separate authorization

Service Quality

We stand behind our work and will address any service concerns within 48 hours of completion. Our satisfaction commitment ensures you receive the quality results you expect.

Limitations

While we take every precaution to protect your property, some limitations apply to our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper floor maintenance prior to our service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
