Our Satisfaction Commitment

At Park County Cleaning Service, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to making things right if you're not completely satisfied.

Service Resolution Process

If you're not satisfied with our service:

• Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
• We'll schedule a return visit to address concerns
• Our team will re-perform the service at no additional charge
• We'll work with you until you're completely satisfied

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Service was not performed as agreed upon
• Damage occurred due to our negligence
• Service quality does not meet reasonable expectations
• Cancellation with at least 24 hours notice

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of service completion
• Provide detailed explanation of the issue
• Allow us opportunity to resolve the matter first
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Limitations

Refunds may not be available for services where pre-existing conditions were disclosed or where client instructions were followed as requested. We reserve the right to inspect completed work before processing refund requests.
